Tencel™

The Tencel™ brand lyocell fibre, registered by the Austrian company Lenzing, is a breathable fabric made from eucalyptus. Feels warm in winter and cool in summer. Tencel™ is biodegradable and requires very little water during its manufacture.

OEKO-TEX® certifies that the fabric does not contain chemicals that are harmful to health. An OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 fabric is checked at every stage of processing: from raw materials to weaving to dyeing.

euroLATEX® certifies a purity rate of 99.9% for the latex in Kadolis mattresses. This certification, recognised by the European Commission, defines the maximum acceptable limits for substances considered harmful to health and the environment.

The EVOLUTION AIR children's mattress is made of natural latex and 2 types of high quality foam and covered with a very comfortable TENCEL™ cover.

Thanks to the combination of the two materials, the EVOLUTION AIR children's mattress offers a soft support and ideal support. With a layer of 3 cm of 100% natural latex (density of 90Kg/m3) and 2 layers of different foams it is perfectly adapted to children and accompanies them throughout their growth. The child mattress 90x190 cm, 90x200 cm, 140x190 cm or140x200 cm EVOLUTION AIR is a shape memory mattress but natural and much more breathable!

The core of the mattress is composed of a base in 25kg/m3 density foam for essential support and another layer of profiled and perforated foam with a density of 30kg/m3 which allows air to pass through and circulate more easily than other foam. The combo of the 2 foams therefore ensures optimal ventilation of the mattress.

Its quilted and padded cover is made of 40% polyester + 60% TENCEL™, a natural material made from wood pulp, with thermo-regulating qualities. TENCEL™ therefore offers a feeling of coolness in summer and warmth in winter.
It is also equipped with a large zipper that allows you to remove it easily and machine wash it at 30°C. This easy maintenance allows you to get rid of bacteria and dust mites in a natural way without the need for chemical treatment. The cover stays clean and healthy for a longer life of the mattress.

Natural latex at Kadolis

Natural latex is made from the sap of the rubber tree. The Hevea sap for Kadolis is harvested in Thailand from certified farms. The sap is then processed into natural latex blocks in Spain.

Kadolis only uses natural latex for its mattresses, never the synthetic latex. In our mattresses, latex provides comfort and flexibility, it relieves pressure points on the body and offers enveloping comfort. Our latex blocks are perforated, making the mattresses more breathable.

Latex has anti-bacterial and anti-mite properties (Pasteur Institute tests). Therefore, no chemical treatment against dust mites is used on our natural latex.

Tencel mattress cover, better for sleeping

Tencel™ is a textile fiber derived from Eucalyptus wood fiber. Eucalyptus is a very fast growing tree that does not require artificial irrigation.

During the entire fiber treatment process, no toxic vapors are released, and the resulting Tencel™ fiber does not require bleaching.

The Tencel™ manufacturing process has received a European Environmental Award. Tencel™ is also completely biodegradable. The Tencel™ fiber is ultra soft, especially suitable for sensitive skin.

Tencel™ has naturally air-conditioning properties, so the fabric feels cool in summer and warm in winter.

A real pleasure

We bought this mattress for each of our daughters in 90/190 and their sleep has really evolved from the first nights. They are really comfortable (we enjoy them regularly) and the next one will be for our bed. We will take the same one for sure. The maintenance is perfect, firm just what is necessary We also tried the one in coconut fiber but really too hard, it did not suit us I recommend to who wants to sleep like a baby
