How to make a return ?
We are attentive to the quality of our products and ensure that they are delivered under the best conditions. However, you may wish to return an item to us. You have up to 30 days from the receipt of your order to make a return. Returns are free of charge in Europe. To return an item, access the returns via your customer account on Kadolis. If you have ordered as a guest on the site, use the "make a return" section, you can then enter your email address and order number.
If you wish to exchange your item, follow the same path as to make a return, just mention "I wish to exchange" and we will come back for validation.
Prepare your return: Replace the item in its original packaging. Place the return form inside the package and stick the Colissimo label on the package.
Once the package is ready you can drop it off at a post office or in your mailbox. The return shipping costs are covered by Kadolis, you don't have to pay anything! To learn more about the conditions for refunds you can visit our "Make a return" page.
