  • I've made a mistake with my order (wrong products, address, etc.). Can I change or cancel it?

    Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed, so please check your order carefully.

    However, we can cancel your order up to 12 hours after it has been confirmed, allowing you to place another order with the correct products.

  • I'm not there on the day of delivery, what can I do?

    Before each delivery, the carrier will contact you by telephone or e-mail to make an appointment for delivery on one day from Monday to Friday. You can therefore choose the delivery date.

    If you have to be absent, you can change the delivery date or address by contacting the carrier again.

  • I've had a problem with the delivery of my order (damaged product, missing product, etc.) What should I do?

    You can make an after-sales service request via the after-sales service page.

  • Can the carrier go upstairs to deliver to me?

    The driver does not go upstairs and is not allowed to enter a private area. The delivery will therefore take place at the gate of your house or at the bottom of your building, unless you have chosen the "Comfort Delivery" option.
