How do I earn points?

Your FIDELITY rewarded! Earn points on the amount and frequency of your purchases, it's simple!
Your points are accumulated with each order placed and expire within 2 years (after the date of your last order).

How do I use my points?

Your points are validated 30 days after your order is shipped.
You decide how many points you want to redeem: 25 points = 1€ discount
Voucher available 2 month after point redemption as a discount

Less than 600 points

  • Free home delivery on Natural Addict status, excluding premium delivery (mainland France only). Delivery will be offered automatically at the payment stage.
  • An annual competition with a draw among Natural Addicts to win a voucher valid on our site.
