This service is only available with our "comfort delivery" service 

The return option must be ticked when you purchase the product. If you do not request this option at the time of purchase, the carrier will not be able to take back the old product. 

This option must also be confirmed on the carrier's website when you make your web appointment. 

The carrier who delivers your product will collect the old product from the same address at the time of delivery. 

He will not be able to come to another address 

The product must be similar to the product ordered
