We had to order a mattress topper, because the coco latex mattress is much too firm - obviously as we could not test it, nor return it - none of their commitments are valid for Switzerland! - A good reason not to order... Moreover, we find ourselves with customs clearance fees almost equivalent to the price of the mattress topper (so total cost doubled), because taxed as a commercial import according to the volume plus additional fixed costs of the carrier... Kadolis washes their hands of it, they don't even see how they could warn their customers better... so I do it for them! Beware of ordering from a company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction, refuses to understand or make a move. Too bad!
