Hello, Thank you for your order and for your review. We are very sorry that this mattress did not bring you satisfaction. We are surprised, because your purchase dates back to January 2021 and we could have exchanged your mattress with another Kadolis mattress on a simple call from you. Here are a few details: - The COCOLATEX mattress is indeed heavier than a polyurethane foam mattress, this is due to the quality and density of the natural materials we use. As far as comfort is concerned, it is subjective, but we have very good opinions, and to remain factual, a mattress that breathes well and is rather firm but with a good suppleness of reception, like the COCOLATEX, generally brings the best sleeping comfort.
- Regarding latex allergy: this is an extremely rare allergy (less than 1% of the population), which more often affects synthetic latex, to which chemical products are added. We only use natural latex - Kadolis mattresses have a double protective cover that prevents any possible contact with the inside of the mattress, even when the mattress is removed.
We have never had a case of allergy on our mattresses. Again, do not hesitate to contact us at Kadolis customer service, and we will be happy to exchange it for you, even today, almost two years after your purchase. Vladimir Kadolis

There was indeed a mistake because your home does not have a doorbell and the carrier did not have the information, so the delivery was indeed postponed.
