The inside of the cover is made of polyurethane (not PVC), which provides discreet waterproof protection while allowing air to pass through. This bolster protector is therefore perfectly breathable, preventing perspiration and limiting the proliferation of dust mites and bacteria.

Unlike PVC, the polyurethane layer ensures noise-free protection even when changing position.
