Our delivery times are indicated on each product page and may vary depending on the item. We do not offer partial deliveries.
Deliveries are made directly to your mailbox (no delivery to your floor or via elevator) and take place during the day.

However, we offer a paid delivery service to your apartment, which includes removal of packaging and a two-hour time slot for delivery.

However, custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.


Returns of products in their original packaging and with labels are free within 30 days.
