Mattress not received and signed by a third party

I did not receive the mattress because the delivery person had to deliver it to an unknown person who of course signed and wrote the last name. Really disappointed. It was for our vacation because my daughter needs a good mattress. That said, the seller had nothing to do with it. C the carrier.
