We ordered a mattress and never received it. We waited a whole day for the first delivery, which never arrived. We waited a second day and still nothing. Customer service told us to deal directly with the carrier. No compensation. A cost and hours lost for us.

The sheet arrived torn

My order has still not been delivered (order placed on August 16). I have no tracking information or details since 23/08, the day the carrier indicated that it had cancelled delivery. Considering the amount of the order, I'm seriously starting to worry. Please take the necessary steps.

More than disappointed... Having already bought this sheet for my son in a different size for his first bed I have exactly the same problem!
Not waterproof at all my son has gastro I dare you to imagine with a sheet that is not waterproof and that stains all the new mattress ... Disappointed at the highest point because meet the same problem a second time considering the price of products! Just a few days after receiving the mattress and the sheet everything is ruined ... I absolutely do not recommend this sheet that does not protect anything!
