Chaotic customer experience

Chaotic customer experience with delivery provider DPD. This really calls into question internet shopping via Kadolis in favor of city-center boutiques.

sheet too fragile

First wash at 30 and first time we put it on the mattress and the alese was torn on the part that covers the thickness of the mattress...
