It is more of a gray color

The color is much more gray than on the picture

I only washed the sheet once before using it. It has a hole in the corner! I will contact customer service because frankly this is not acceptable

When I received it, there were wires hanging down and it doesn't even cover the entire mattress, which is not very aesthetic.

I did not receive my package even though it says delivered. I didn't realize it until I received the request for feedback on the quality of the experience
