Poor customer service

The products are fine but having placed two orders ten minutes apart (forgotten items), and knowing that one of the two orders was eligible for free delivery given its amount, I immediately wrote an email to customer service to ask that all items be put in the same package and that I be refunded the shipping costs of the second order: I didn't even get the slightest answer: as much I could have accepted a negative answer, as I find it incorrect not to answer at all.
