For regular washing, we recommend cleaning your sleeping bag at a maximum of 30°C to protect the environment and preserve the fabric and colorfastness.

In exceptional cases, washing at 60°C may be considered.

Our delivery times are indicated on each product page and may vary depending on the item. We do not offer partial deliveries.
Deliveries are made directly to your mailbox (no delivery to your floor or via elevator) and take place during the day.

However, we offer a paid delivery service to your apartment, which includes unpacking and a scheduled two-hour delivery slot.

However, custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.


Returns are free within 30 days, provided the products are in their original packaging and have all labels attached.
