Good quality mattress as described just a little disappointed by the firmness having had the same mattress in 60x120 which seemed firmer and better made

We will test the bed in a few weeks as a birthday present for our daughter but I am sure it will be great. On the other hand the delivery is a real nightmare. Subcontracted 2 times. Very complicated to follow the package and especially to have the carrier on the phone to arrange a delivery date. Delivery that does not respect the choice of schedule ... very disappointed.

Super mattress but as expected delivery to review, waiting the whole day to be delivered at 4pm without having been warned beforehand in the day for a probable time of delivery!

We had already bought a first mattress (the same one) for our older son, we are convinced by the quality. On the other hand it is quite heavy and the delivery is not really serious. The delivery man is alone, he is complaining because we ask him to get the packing box. I had to help him take the mattress out of his truck and he wanted to leave it on the ground floor, even though I had paid the option of 79 euros for a comfortable delivery with two drivers. This is not serious and taints the experience. I was thinking of taking a two person mattress for us, but in the end I will go through another site because I can't imagine lifting a 2 person mattress because the delivery company is not serious.
