What a disappointment

I ordered the cocolatex mattress for a young child to put in a cabin bed. I had previously ordered the Kadolis latex bed and I was very satisfied with it, but this one is nothing like it ... Despite a much higher price than its predecessor, it is a disappointment: the mattress fits into a bed where the mattress is embedded (type cabin or car) so impossible to put a sheet, a fitted sheet and even less to tuck a comforter. In addition two horrible handles badly conceived which reinforce the fact that the mattress is blocked in the bed. Extremely complicated to make the bed except to take out the mattress and given its weight I let you imagine ... Moreover an unpleasant smell which persists in time. The only positive point is the delivery in 2 days. I was fooled by the glowing comments on this mattress that is absolutely not worth its price.

We actually recommend this size (90x190x17cm) for a "classic" bed, we have another mattress designed for cabin/drawer beds with 12cm thickness. Nevertheless, we are constantly improving our products and take into account your opinion. Concerning the perceived smell, it is indeed that of wool, a material known as "living" for which you may not be familiar yet but which will decrease by airing the mattress and the cover. Mattress is not shipped till your door

You know by surprise that you have to pay someone else to help you transporting the heavy mattress from your front door till your flat in fifth plant.

No delivery

The company (heppner which subcontracts with Dina Logistics) was supposed to deliver yesterday, but did not do it and did not warn me... People take time off work, block a day on the spot because they cannot even estimate if it will be in the morning or in the afternoon. Maybe you should review your staff in terms of delivery because there are a lot of negative comments on this subject...
