Disappointing delivery and information

The mattress looks very good. It's a pity that the delivery is made at the foot of the building. I had to go up 3 floors alone with a 90*190 packed in a rigid cardboard box because it didn't fit in the lift.
You should mention this when you place / pay the order...

Hello, Thank you for your opinion I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction, but the delivery is well set up at the level of mailboxes, and this information appears during the validation of the basket and especially the carrier. Strong smell

The mattress looks nice, but unfortunately has a strong smell. This remains present, even after several weeks of ventilation without the mattress cover. Therefore not yet tested for sleeping comfort.
