My mattress still hasn't been delivered

I had to make myself available for 2 whole days only for my mattress not to be delivered... Disastrous delivery service despite a great deal of information exchanged (email, phone call).

Undelivered items

My order has still not been delivered (order placed on August 16). I have no tracking information or details since 23/08, the day the carrier indicated that it had cancelled delivery. Considering the amount of the order, I'm seriously starting to worry. Please take the necessary steps.

Catastrophic customer service

Deplorable customer service! Not very friendly and not very understanding. I have already bought a latex coco mattress which I am satisfied with. The thickness of this mattress did not suit me, so I asked to exchange it with the 17cm. Except that the sales ended on Tuesday evening. I should have received my mattress on Tuesday during the day but the carrier delivered on Wednesday at 7:30 pm! I ask to take advantage of the reduced price because it is because of the delay of the carrier that I could not realize in time that the mattress did not suit me. I would have bought the 17cm on Tuesday. In short, I was sent away with 5% when I told them that I preferred to buy from their competitors. Bravo kadolis !
