Good product but awful delivery

Delivery was awful with irrespectfull delivery person. I had to go down to get my package in the street with a kid and a newborn baby

Catastrophic Delivery

Catastrophic delivery by the DPD company. SMS received in the morning for a passage between 8:30 and 11:50. Early afternoon nothing I contact them it assures me that I would be delivered in the day. 18h nothing I recall the deliveries are completed so no package today I am offered to relivrer the next day, I ask the delivery point relay not to lose a second day waiting for nothing, I receive the mail that confirms the delivery point relay. The next day at 9:30 am the delivery man calls me to tell me that he is in front of my house, of course I am not there. I tell him to deposit the package at the point relay as planned, he tells me that he comes back next to my house in the afternoon and will drop off my package, I say ok, 18h nothing I contact him he has just deposited my package in point relay ... I have never seen a delivery company so poorly organized. The problem does not come from the mattress but really from the delivery. I asked for compensation and the delivery company told me to check with Kadolis, but it's not their fault. They offered me 50 loyalty points. Youhou what am I going to do with that!
