The product is a quality product but the delivery which is still charged 30 euros with Dpd is just lamentable, I had to take 1 day off when choosing the slot and the delivery person did not even stay 1 minute on the intercom. So I had to take the next day off without pay and waited all day. On the phone Dpd customer service is also unacceptable: no solution found and when the delivery man finally showed up, he didn't even help me bring him back to my door. I would never go through dpd again even if it includes not having access to certain products. A shame
