Mattress conforms to my expectations but very disappointing delivery

The mattress conforms to the description however the delivery is not really satisfactory. The package arrived open with the mattress left as is without protection. I was asked to choose a gift that I selected but it was not inside, it's not serious but it's by principle. When I contacted the chat, I was told that it was normal delivery test without plastic.
