the item is exactly what I expected, but it is slightly too wide. It would have been preferable if it had been 28 cm wide, and the measurements you suggest can't be less than 30 cm.

Quality

The quality of the mattress and cover was perfect, and the dimensions requested were respected for a bed for which no commercially available model was compatible. On the other hand, it's not Kadolis's responsibility, but the parcel arrived damaged. The mattress packaging inside the parcel, which I imagine was designed to be environmentally friendly (kraft paper), did not, in my opinion, protect the mattress properly during transport. However, putting the cover in the washing machine was enough to ensure that it was clean.
