No news from my mattress

I ordered a custom made mattress at the beginning of November and the delivery date was planned for mid December. The parcel was sent on 10/12, since then I have had no news, apparently the mattress turned around on its own on the way. The customer service department does not reply by email. The customer service department on the phone promises to call back within the day but does not do so. Unacceptable and shameful for a mattress that I could have had for half the price elsewhere. I took a custom made mattress from you and I regret it.

Can’t appreciate product yet as not received.

Ordered mattress with cover on the 29th Nov., and we waited, even though on the site there was stock and would arrive in the first week of December. On 7th Dec, only got an email saying product is in transit. I wrote to customer service 14th Dec, no reply.. still waiting. Disappointed to say the least so far with the lack of customer service.

However, the carrier is waiting for your return for the appointment since 13/12. You must have received a sms and mail inviting you to take this appointment. We are still available of course. Excellent mattress, but delivery is chaotic

Excellent mattress. With LV2 delivery the carrier took it upstairs. The quality makes you forget the stress of delivery. Announced delivered on November 5 by Kadolis and actually delivered on November 15. It's a shame that Kadolis only replied to my 3 emails via a reply to my previous comment. The carrier Cogepart called me back and sent 2 emails to reassure me. All's well that ends well.

Too much odor

I bought this mattress a year ago and it's a real horror because it smells so bad. I wash the cover the next day and it's exactly the same. I don't understand because I didn't have this problem with the baby model. I'm sick of putting my daughter to bed every night on this mattress.
