On the other hand we are very unhappy with the delivery, no communication between the deliverer and kadolis we had to mobilize people around us for 10 days in our home because we received messages indicating that the mattress was going to be delivered during the day. In the end we contacted the head office and had it delivered elsewhere. That's why I don't recommend this site! I ordered elsewhere for my second son fast delivery and better quality mattresses!

Not living in France, this omission cost us 2 round trips to France to receive the mattress not to mention the disappointment of not receiving the mattress on time. customer service promised us a commercial gesture that we are still waiting for, after several emails of reminder, more news.
