Product normally new but dirty (orange food stain)

Too bad we can't attach pictures... Small orange stain but shows that the product has been used before me... it's obviously dirty especially since it doesn't go in the wash. I don't have time to waste on returns and waiting for a new product. The problem just shouldn't have been there.

Thank you for your review, we apologize for the stain on your sheet. All our new products have never been used. It is probably a sewing machine oil stain used to sew the edges. A bit disappointed...the elastic bands don't hold the mattress well in place despite a thick mattress...it slips all the time and it doesn't stay taut. I will try to find a solution...

Too much noise

The shad does its job well, but every movement in the bed is heard because of the coating. Too bad....

Not suitable for us

Not used to waterproof sheets I was a little hesitant for this purchase, attracted by the Organic Cotton side and OEKO-TEX® and opinions, I go ahead, and I am rather disappointed, I find that it makes noise and that it tends to make people sweat... in any case does not suit us personally, too bad... On the other hand certainly very effective in mattress protection because of its waterproof side.at the waist, impeccable (mattress 25cm thick).
