Stained product

When I opened the packaging of the product, even though it was intact, I noticed yellow stains. After washing, these stains unfortunately do not go away. The product can be used as is but it's a pity for a new article. 11/12/2022: I modify my comment because the customer service, very pleasant, sent me back a brand new sheet, without any expenses on my part, they even left me the sheet as a gift, a great commercial gesture! A big thank you to you :)
