Mattress not protected during transport

The mattress was not protected in transit, but was in direct contact with the shipping carton. But the shipping carton was damaged, so the mattress was in direct contact with the outside... it arrived slightly stained! Not very hygienic for a mattress intended for a newborn's cot!

Chaotic customer experience with delivery provider DPD. This really calls into question internet shopping via Kadolis in favor of city-center boutiques.

Package not received

To this day, I still haven't received the parcel. I had to reschedule it (without being warned) and it's still stuck at the agency ... no communication and nothing clear ...

Zero respect for customers

I'd love to give my opinion on the quality of the product, but I'd still have to receive it to do that. Order placed on 29/08, supposed to be delivered on 01/09, then cancelled without even warning us. Delivery postponed to 04/09, then 06/09, all without notifying us on the day itself, which is nice when you've taken a day off work on purpose to receive the parcel... it's only at the end of the day that you realize you won't be delivered. I hope this mattress is comfortable!

Very unpleasant

I ordered a mattress. Unfortunately, there was a hair on it, which I don't find very pleasant. I had to pay 37 euros for the return. It was to be collected on August 21. My friend had taken extra leave. After asking, I was told that the collection service would not come. I lost a day's vacation for nothing. I won't be ordering again!
