The mattress looks great Just the cardboard box which was damaged and it had gone through on the mattress protection but fortunately it did not damage the mattress

Very good mattress but arrived dirty

The mattress is top notch, comfortable, quite hard, I think it's really good for baby and the fact that it's natural was essential for us. On the other hand, I don't understand this stubborn refusal to use plastic for delivery. I doubt that a single mattress will arrive clean after transport...?

Medium packaging

No opinion yet on the quality of the mattress, which seems to correspond to our expectations. Simply the packaging between 2 sheets of kraft paper on the cardboard itself I find not very hygienic, even if the policy is plastic-free for the environment.even if the policy is plastic-free for the environment ... Wrapped completely to isolate it from the cardboard would have been much better I think Because the mattress was black in the corners of the cardboard damaged during transport ...

We can send you a new mattress cover free of charge, if you wish, please contact us at [email protected]. - We have just implemented an improvement on the packaging of this product, with a complete inner packaging cover, in thicker Kraft, rather than 2 simple protective sheets. This will better protect the mattress in its box. on the other hand, we won't be going back to inner plastic, because it's too much unnecessary plastic, and we really want to avoid it. Good-looking mattress

Mattress arrived damaged in transit. Dirty cover quickly replaced by the customer service department.

Washing problems

Too bad for the mattress cover. According to the instructions, it can be machine-washed. If you follow the instructions, the cover fluffed up and made little balls. What's more, we had great difficulty putting the mattress back in the cover after washing. Otherwise, it's a great mattress, my son loves it.

We do indeed have 2 covers, one in wool wadding, which is not machine-washable but can be dry-cleaned, and the other in recycled polyester, which is machine-washable.
