Revenue in line with expectations but up sharply

The mattress I received is as described, but prices have risen sharply in recent years... Identical mattress bought in 2021 for 138€, now priced at 200€... The quality is there, but the price increase is incomprehensible.

Delivery level

I give my opinion only on the delivery because baby is not born yet so no opinion on the quality of the mattress. So! Fast delivery but the day of the delivery I was notified that I was going to have someone between 11am and 1pm so I had to cancel an appointment to be present at home ... and the delivery man arrived at 2:30pm! So ok I understand there can be some delay, but to warn it would not be bad... Then! Packaging very average, several blows in the box and torn on the top! The mattress is not even protected by a plastic (I do not want to hear "ecology" blablabla), at the price where we pay it is average!

It is always tricky, sometimes insufficient (and we will correct it), and always more expensive than plastic... But nowadays, 70% of plastic packaging ends up in landfills or in the sea and we cannot stand by while we deliver more than 10.000 mattresses per year. If your mattress cover has suffered a blow or water damage, we will immediately send you a new cover, we apologize for the inconvenience and we will do our best to protect the products, but without going back to plastic. A satisfying purchase... but one that almost cost us dearly...!

When I ordered the mattress, I received an error message at the payment stage (payment failure): I therefore made 2 other attempts, with the same failure message. What a surprise when I saw later in my emails that the payment had gone through 3 times and that I had ordered 3 mattresses... BEWARE! Strangely, I did not have any verification from my bank before validating these online banking transactions... Afterwards, Kadolis reacted very quickly to cancel the excess orders and the delivery of the mattress was express! Well protected, does not smell suspicious when unpacked. We are happy with it and are waiting for Baby to arrive to test it...

Neglected external packaging

I received all the products on time. But I was surprised to see the packaging neglected for products intended for children: the cardboard was worn, dirty and not well closed. It puts a real doubt on the quality of the product.

Good mattress, delivery to review

I received the mattress, I'm happy with my purchase. However, the delivery leaves something to be desired. The delivery man left the mattress in front of the caretaker's dressing room, he didn't even contact me. The day before I received an email about the delivery and I reprogrammed it (they didn't take into account my change) ... In short, disappointed with the delivery.
