Déçu!

I ordered this item but the mattress has a gap between the bars and the edges (which are rounded). I contacted customer service, who didn't offer any solution and told me this was normal. I'm not reassured because it doesn't seem safe at all. I'm afraid to put my baby to sleep with this mattress because he could get caught between the mattress and the bars. I think that the mattress I received has a defect and I'm disappointed that despite my call and the photos sent to prove this anomaly, they didn't offer to exchange the item. Too bad.

Delivery problems

I found the service to be extremely poor; due to private circumstances, we were not home and could not accept the package. I called the company that delivered the package several times to change their address, but unfortunately this was not successful. But Kadolis is not and it is not possible to agree on a delivery date. to date, we have not yet received the mattress and fitted sheet.

Transportation company

The transportation company, Transmission B. V., that you guys are working with is absolutely trash, garbage. They put my mattress in front of my building without ringing the bell. When I phoned them to call them out on this, they hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting.

Hello, I still have not received my mattress, I was supposed to receive it last week. I contacted the carrier who acknowledged that the delay was long but no news since.
