the parcel was scheduled for 12-04 and arbitrarily you put it back to 14-04 2 days of very important delay!!!

Quality of the mattress OK Delivery service was terrible. The delivery man (particularly unpleasant) refused to take the mattresses upstairs when my 5 month pregnant wife asked him for help. Mattress label to be reviewed (a printed poster of size A2 useless ... big waste of paper... a label from another time)

Delivery problem, quality to be tested ...

Not tested yet. However, the delivery was deplorable. We were not informed of the time, the day was decided for us and we were informed at the last moment, when we had to know in advance to be able to change it. I had to assemble a 8 kg package at arm's length on two floors, 7 months pregnant ... I won't order on your website anymore.
