However, this second order was very disappointing: the plastic transport cover was torn and "repaired" with tape, it is unusable. Yet it had been very useful for our move this weekend. Impossible to do the same for our next move with this second mattress, so the protective cover of the mattress was very dirty. While I thought I would just air the mattress before using it, as I did the first time I ordered it, I had to wash the cover. In the middle of moving in with 5 month old twins and already doing two washes a day, I had other things to do. If needed I can send pictures taken a few minutes after opening the package.

Damaged package received: open and torn cardboard, plastic protection of the torn mattress too, delivery did not go as well as expected since the delivery person initially refused to deliver to the home (although it was well stipulated in the order), but apart from that, the mattress looks good, it does not give off any particular smell and meets our expectations.

The product is not used because the baby has not yet been born, the mattress has a strong enough smell for the moment, we unpacked it to let it air, the delivery went very badly, we programmed it for a Saturday, they told us that the delivery person would pass between 8am and 1pm, so we got stuck at home at least until 3pm in the meantime, no one came. Monday morning I called Kadolis customer service, they could reprogram.
