Allergic pass your way ...

As for the mattress itself, it is very heavy... to change the sheets it quickly becomes a burden, sports session assured...
Unfortunately, I think that the deal is not quite respected either, our son sleeps better on a much more classic mattress bought for the travel bed, which makes us regret such an investment (200€ in 140x70) And finally THE bad news thati discovered my allergy after my pregnancy so handling the mattress became a real headache.
Overall a very expensive purchase and not at all satisfactory ...

We are surprised, because your purchase dates back to January 2021 and we could have exchanged your mattress with another Kadolis mattress on a simple call from you. Here are a few details: - The COCOLATEX mattress is indeed heavier than a polyurethane foam mattress, this is due to the quality and density of the natural materials we use. As far as comfort is concerned, it is subjective, but we have very good opinions, and to remain factual, a mattress that breathes well and is rather firm but with a good suppleness of reception, like the COCOLATEX, generally brings the best sleeping comfort.
- Regarding latex allergy: this is an extremely rare allergy (less than 1% of the population), which more often affects synthetic latex, to which chemical products are added. We only use natural latex - Kadolis mattresses have a double protective cover that prevents any possible contact with the inside of the mattress, even when the mattress is removed.
We have never had a case of allergy on our mattresses. Again, do not hesitate to contact us at Kadolis customer service, and we will be happy to exchange it for you, even today, almost two years after your purchase. Vladimir Kadolis

Delivery level

I give my opinion only on the delivery because baby is not born yet so no opinion on the quality of the mattress. So! Fast delivery but the day of the delivery I was notified that I was going to have someone between 11am and 1pm so I had to cancel an appointment to be present at home ... and the delivery man arrived at 2:30pm! So ok I understand there can be some delay, but to warn it would not be bad... Then! Packaging very average, several blows in the box and torn on the top! The mattress is not even protected by a plastic (I do not want to hear "ecology" blablabla), at the price where we pay it is average!

At the moment it is very difficult to find a delivery company that is punctual, or at least warns of the delay. We will continue to look for the right delivery partner in your area. Regarding the packaging of the product, we want to remove all plastic from our packaging.
It is always tricky, sometimes insufficient (and we will correct it), and always more expensive than plastic... But nowadays, 70% of plastic packaging ends up in landfills or in the sea and we cannot stand by while we deliver more than 10.000 mattresses per year. If your mattress cover has suffered a blow or water damage, we will immediately send you a new cover, we apologize for the inconvenience and we will do our best to protect the products, but without going back to plastic.
