Before using your mattress

Place your mattress on a suitable bed base and then put on your bed linen. Vacuum-rolled mattresses can take up to 6 hours to recover their initial shape, so make sure you don't lie on them before that time to ensure they inflate properly.

Storing and maintaining your mattress

To protect your mattress, it is recommended that you put on a mattress protector and a fitted sheet to protect it. Every morning, remember to ventilate your bedroom by removing duvets and pillows. To keep your mattress comfortable, remember to regularly reverse the ends of your mattress (from head to foot). It is not necessary to wash the mattress cover at reception but only in case of persistent stains. In this case, please refer to the washing instruction on the label inside the mattress cover.

Ecological disinfectant

To disinfect your mattress, mix 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate, 6 tablespoons of warm water and 8 drops of tea tree oil. Put the mixture in a spray bottle and spread it on the mattress and let it air dry.

Ecological cleaning

Mix 1 litre of vinegar water with 5 drops of the essential oil of your choice: lemon, lavender, thyme or tea tree (mix to be used the same day). Rub the stain with a sponge soaked in the product and wring out.
